Weber's Notre Dame No Fool!
Mark Weber's Notre Dame had a perfect day......no fooling! The Notre Dame was the class of the fleet. It was the fastest qualifier and won 4 straight heats to capture the April fool regatta. At this point in the season Notre Dame is winning the high points championship by a huge margin This steady running boat is on a pact to take it all for the 2006 season.
Another strong team, is Mark Miller's fleet of boats. After a trip to the Weber marine repair facility, the Miller boats are running stronger than ever. The Such Crust IV and Timex are becoming boats to have to deal with. Who knows, Mark may even finish painting them someday soon.
Dave Crockenburg's Miss Thriftway and Miss Rocket are coming to life too. Speaking of Thriftway. The Thriftway Too has shown some signs of life lately. Don't know why the "Too" is running better. Some time they run the best just before they blow up!
Next race.....The Low Power - Experimental Cup. This race should be a lot of fun. So till next time....keep your bilge dry and see ya in the first turn!
